About Us
The Kootenai County Jural Society was officially established in April 2025 but our first board of directors was elected in January 2025. At the time, there were 40 people on Kootenai County who signed up on an internet website since in 2024 they showed an interest in Re-inhabiting our Constitutional Republic.

The mission of The Kootenai County Jural Society is to provide oversight to our local government, hold accountable our elected officials, provide common law jural duties and continuing education in Common Law.
A Brief History of how we lost our Republic and how it was officially Restored in 2010
Did you know that we lost our Republic during Abraham Lincoln’s presidency? The Republic was abandoned so that Lincoln could win the Civil War. He needed money to pay for the war and when he approached the bankers to borrow the necessary funds, they forced him to do their bidding by incorporating the United States. His plan was to undo that after the loan was repaid, but he was assassinated before he could do so. While Lincoln did what he had to do in order to win the war, what followed was a treasonous act. The Organic Act of 1871, approved by Congress, made the Government a corporation instead of a Republic.
In 2008 a man by the name of James Timothy Turner prayed for a way to bring the Republic back. After three days of praying and fasting, he was given an answer. The Republic had been abandoned, not dissolved, so all that was necessary was to “Re-Inhabit” the original republic under our original Constitution. Mr. Turner did this in 2010, after filling all the most necessary positions from the bottom up with interim officers – placeholders, starting at the county level. He then filed the necessary paperwork internationally at The Hague and the United Nations, as well as domestically. One hundred and thirty-two countries from around the world recognized this Republic as the lawful government of America. When he did that, a weaponized FBI, under President O., had Mr. Turner arrested, found guilty, and sent to prison for over 10 years – all was nearly lost. Now that same Republic is coming back and while we’ve lost most of our original 22,000,000+ members, we are beginning to grow once again.
Join us to bring back our Constitution and Republic! We are growing in every state and when the Corporation fails, which it must, we will be ready. This has all been done with the full knowledge, backing, and coordination of President Donald J. Trump and the “White Hat” military which has been helping him. In 2010 some top brass in the military could see what the current president at that time was doing and knew that it was evil. They did not want to do a “coup” because that would end in a civil war. Because the military cannot just “take over” and must, by law and our Constitution, report to civil authorities, they approached Donald Trump and asked him to run for president BECAUSE he was an outsider, a businessman, and not a part of the deep state. In his first inaugural speech on January 20, 2017, you can hear him say to the nation “…We are turning the government back to YOU, THE PEOPLE!” He said that with a cadre of military brass standing directly behind him on the podium – something that has never been done before – or since!
Currently there are several counties in Idaho that are “settled” on land jurisdiction and several more that are in the process. We need a minimum of 18 out of the 44 counties on Idaho to be considered re-inhabited as a Republic Nation state. Our Kootenai County Jural Society completed all the legal steps to settle Kootenai County on land and soil jurisdiction in April/May of 2025. Now we need to expand our membership for when the time comes to conduct a new election for all the necessary county and state positions on our Idaho State Republic.
